This information text is primarily prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"); it explains:

1. The types of data that the website www.esved.com.tr (the "Site") collects through its services, how your collected data is used, and with whom the Site may share your data.

2. What your rights are regarding the data processed by the Site and how you can exercise these rights.

3. How you can change your preferences regarding receiving electronic commercial communication, whether positive or negative.

To provide better services to you, our members; to carry out, complete, and maintain your order processes; to ensure communication related to you; to provide you with information about products, services, campaigns, and promotions; to better understand your shopping preferences, conduct trend analyses and statistical analyses, and enhance the security of the Site; we collect your personal information including your name, surname, email address, phone number, gender, date of birth, Turkish Identification Number, tax identification number, personal interests, invoice and delivery addresses; and, if you connect through social media accounts, the information you agree to share through those channels. This is conducted in accordance with our legal obligations arising from the Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications Made on the Internet and the Fight Against Crimes Committed Through These Publications, the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, and the relevant secondary legislation.
